Jump Start Intro Program

Parkour “Jump Start” is an 8 class program that breaks down all of the fundamental Parkour training and fitness. The skills learned in this class will be the core of your Parkour training and fitness. We take an in depth and progressive look at the dynamics of Parkour. We focus linking the mental and physical training that develops your Parkour skills. You will learn how to land, fall and roll properly, along with specific jumps, cat leaps, and vaults. Within this program we will also teach about the history and philosophies that follow with Parkour training.

This is a prerequisite class for all other movement classes.

Jump Start is an hour & 1/2 class that takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Parkour Worth Practicing

JUMPfest Online is a collection of lectures and discussions about Parkour by world-class athletes, coaches and community leaders.

The goal of JUMPfest is to provide platforms for discussion and exchange of ideas between parkour practitioners of all levels. We are striving to pave a path for future generations and help shape them into strong and useful beings. By documenting the successes, insights and training hacks discovered by experienced practitioners allows us, as a community, to not only capture the contemporry approaches to parkour, but enables us to raise the base line of understanding thinking and creates common language a springboard conversation.
JUMPfest events parkour enthuiasts from around the world are able to share knowledge, tips, and techniques with each other in person. JUMPfest is essentially America’s first parkour festival!

Our Story

JUMPfest was conceived as a grassroots way to bring the parkour community closer together, particularly in North America, while highlighting some of the continent’s best instructors, athletes, and coaches. JUMPfest will also serve as a place to start collecting tangible raw data on some of the world’s best athletes. As JUMPfest grows our goal is to use measurements of body proportions, jump distances, weightlifting capabilities, shoe size, etc. to scientifically approach (and, hopefully, answer) questions regarding parkour techniques and training methods. This would provide the community with the means to perform the first large-scale scientific assessment of parkour training methodologies in the world and would be a huge base for future sports science research in parkour.

Morning Fitness Flow – New Class!


Mondays & Wednesdays from 9am-10am

This morning fitness class is general fitness based and focuses on using body weight exercises and minimal equipment to develop strength, toning, and overall body fitness. Exercises in this class include: burpees, push-ups, lunges, squats, pull-ups and variations of each to create a full body routine to make you the strongest you can be with full range of motion exercise.

Strength and Flexibility Classes

One of our biggest goals at Move to Inspire is not only to teach Parkour properly, but to teach how to treat the body properly and why it’s important. One of the most important parts of movement is to ensure the body can handle the stresses and movements it will endure. This is why we have added and dedicated a class to Strength and Flexibility. This class provides an hour of conditioning and strength training methods that target both large and small muscles groups for stability and control, as well as stretching techniques with proper form to prevent injury and increase flexibility and mobility. Through this class, students will be taught techniques to use on a regular basis to help create a sustainable, strong, nimble, and capable body.

This class is available for all members to take as a class credit, and is available under it’s own membership. This class is low impact and a wonderful cross training class for all sports and physical activities. We believe it is one of the most important and applicable to our training methods.
