We are proud to say that the most important quality of each of our instructors, is that they care. Move to Inspire instructors are all developing their individual skills and abilities as athletes, therefore each one has the students best interest at heart. Parkour is a sport and activity in which participants move through an environment quickly and efficiently. Parkour utilizes fluid and controlled jumps, vaults, and climbing to navigate over and around walls, rails, and other various obstacles. In addition, Parkour movements are used with flips and tricks to develop a more creative and path, with the same principles.
Parkour reaches into and beyond the physical realm, it helps develop strong work ethic, focus, confidence, discipline, strength, body awareness, creativity, community, and much more.
At Move to Inspire, we believe Parkour is THE way to understand yourself in many ways. The way to discover new things about yourself, the way you move, and the way to become better and more useful.
At Move to Inspire, we want to share Parkour and movement with all and any age, gender, and body type regardless of movement history or skillset. It is our belief that anyone can practice and learn movement. Through our training programs, we provide you with understanding how and why Parkour is the ultimate training method for body awareness, strength, agility, and cross training for any sport or movement practice. We utilize Parkour as a tool to help you create yourself, expand your work ethic, understand your body, and create an all around mind and body connection. The root of learning anything starts with the stepping stone you are currently on. We strive to elevate each individual onto a new stepping stone by providing a community with a fun, constructive, unique, and safe training atmosphere.

THE BAND SYSTEM IS UTILIZED TO HELP TRACK THE STUDENTS PROGRESSION LEVELS, ABILITIES, AND KEEP THEM SAFE.
**WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR CLASS AND OPEN GYM.
IF A STUDENT LOSES THEIR WRISTBAND, REPLACEMENT BANDS COST $5.**
THE BAND REFLECTS CERTAIN STRENGTHS AND ABILITIES THAT THEY HAVE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. THERE ARE CURRENTLY 4 LEVELS IN OUR CURRICULUM.
EACH STUDENT RECEIVES A WHITE BAND AFTER THEIR 3RD CLASS, WHICH IS TO SHOW THAT THEY ARE IN LEVEL 1 AND AT A BEGINNER LEVEL. FOR EACH LEVEL THEY COMPLETE THEY WILL RECEIVE A BAND THAT SIGNIFIES THE LEVEL THEY ARE CURRENTLY IN.
LEVEL 1 – WHITE BAND
LEVEL 2 – GREEN BANDLEVEL 3 – PURPLE BAND
LEVEL 4 – RED BAND
IN ORDER FOR A STUDENT TO RECEIVE A BAND AND MOVE ONTO THE NEXT LEVEL, THEY MUST SHOW A COMPREHENSIVE ABILITY TO PERFORM EACH MOVEMENT AND STRENGTH TASK CONFIDENTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THE STUDENT CAN SHOW THIS THROUGH AN ASSESSMENT WITH AN INSTRUCTOR. ONCE THE BAND IS EARNED THEY WILL BE MOVED INTO THE NEXT LEVEL CLASS.
