What is Aerial Arts? Aerial Arts is an activity in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from an aerial apparatus such as an aerial silk, hammock, or lyra.

What is Tricking? Tricking is a training discipline that combines kicks with flips and twists. It aims to achieve an aesthetic display of different combinations of “tricks”.

What will I be doing in class? Classes start with an in depth warm up and move into a main lesson that focuses on introducing and practicing skills and movements. We end with a short work out, cool down and stretch.

What should I wear? Something comfortable to move in!

What shoes should I wear(for Parkour)? Typically any athletic shoes with a sticky rubber bottom will work. Ideally a shoe with minimal thickness, that is light and flexible works best. This way you can feel the obstacles under your feet.

Where are you located? We are located at 715 S 7th St. Through the front doors at Get Air and directly to the fenced area, gate entrance is on the right.

I’m too old/out of shape/other reason to do Parkour! We believe that ANYONE can do Parkour. We take your abilities from where you are at and build blocks of movement on top of it. It can start as simple as balance and strength building and develop from there!
