Morning Fitness Flow

FIRST CLASS STARTS MAY 1st!

This morning fitness class is general fitness based and focuses on using body weight exercises and minimal equipment to develop strength, toning, and overall body fitness. Exercises in this class include: burpees, push-ups, lunges, squats, pull-ups and variations of each to create a full body routine to make you the strongest you can be with full range of motion exercise.
