Parkour ”Jump Start”

Parkour “Jump Start” is an 8 class program that breaks down all of the fundamental Parkour training and fitness. The skills learned in this class will be the core of your Parkour training and fitness. We take an in depth and progressive look at the dynamics of Parkour. We focus linking the mental and physical training that develops your Parkour skills. You will learn how to land, fall and roll properly, along with specific jumps, cat leaps, and vaults. Within this program we will also teach about the history and philosophies that follow with Parkour training.

Upon completion of the Jump Start Program, students will move into either Level 1 or Level 2 classes. Instructor approval will be required.

LEVEL I

In Level 1 students will develop their Parkour abilities from the ground up. This is a fun and fast placed class formed around the fundamentals of Parkour training. Students will learn how to land, roll, climb, jump, and vault through drills and games designed by our experienced instructors. Along with the fun, students will be taught form, technique, and creativity to sustain a healthy and strong body.

LEVEL II

In Level 2 students start to take the fundamentals to the next level and develop their technique and skill, as well as the combination of movements and the introduction to acrobatic type movements. Students must complete Jump Start or test out of Level 1 to attend this class.

LEVEL III

In Level 3 students will begin to take their movement to a new direction with challenging movements, combinations, and technical drills that will push their bodies and minds. Students will learn more advanced Parkour techniques as well as the addition of more advanced acrobatic movements. Students must complete Level 2 test to attend this class.

LEVEL IIII

Level 4 is our most advanced class. This class will push the student to create their own movements, push to new challenges, and hone their mind and body connection to be the most capable movers out there. Must complete Level 3 test to attend.

Adult Parkour

Adult Parkour is a Parkour Basics class designed for adults. We teach all of the fundamental movements of Parkour along with the conditioning methods and progressions to keep your body strong and safe. Students will learn how to land, roll, climb, jump, and vault through drills and games designed by our experienced instructors. This class focuses heavily on technique and is designed to help the students progress at their own levels.

Open Gym

Open Gym consists of a 2 hour open training session with instructor supervision. Use the facility to full potential and practice your flow, creativity, individual moves, technique and everything you love about movement with your friends or by yourself!
