Sports Edge

Sports Edge is our newest program at Move to Inspire. This class is focused on increasing agility, endurance, adaptability, in confidence with movement, no matter what sport you’re involved in.

We believe that Parkour is not only an incredible sport to learn how to move like no other, but also an amazing cross training opportunity. Parkour is a key to unlocking new ways to adapt your movement, strength, and agility to give you an upper edge in your sport.

This fast paced class is directed towards helping you have a better year in your sport classes.
